Team information (for ExecOps staff accounts): name, role, email
Device information: for push notifications, we store a device token so we can send you status updates; we do not access your device’s contacts, camera, or location
We do not collect payment or financial details through the App.

We use the data you provide to:
Create and manage your account
Receive, track, and respond to your requests
Send you status updates about your requests (via in-app notifications)
Assign your requests to the appropriate member of our team
Improve our service and internal processes
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
The App is built using Adalo, a no-code application platform, which hosts our database and provides core app functionality (including authentication and push notifications). Adalo processes data on our behalf as a data processor, under its own security and privacy practices.
The App includes an optional “Message Us on WhatsApp” button. If you choose to use it, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp application, and any message you send is subject to WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy — we do not control or store WhatsApp message content within the App itself.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and request data for as long as you remain an active client or team member, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. You may request earlier deletion of your data (see Section 7).
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including password encryption and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
